Statement of the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate

Regarding the Inception of the Spring Operations.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Fight in the Cause of Allah, those who fight you and do not be aggressive. Allah does not love the transgressors.( S:II V:190)  To the Muslim and Mujahid Nation of Afghanistan!

Today, our sacred Jihad against all foreign invaders in Afghanistan successfully steps up to the threshold of its tenth year, with the help of the Almighty Allah ( SwT) and your prideful Jihad and selfless sacrifices. With the approach of the spring, the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to declare the launching of the spring military operations christened as “Badar” to be waged against the invading Americans and their foreign Allies and internal supports.

For the purpose of success and effectiveness of the operations against the foreign invading forces and their defeated supporters, the following points must be born in mind:

1. As in the past, the Badar Operations will focus on attacks against military centers, places of gatherings, airbases, ammunition and logistical military convoys of the foreign invaders in all parts of the country.

2. Throughout the operations, the prior target of Mujahideen’s attacks must remain foreign

invading forces, members of their spy networks and ( other) spies, high-ranking officials of the Kabul Puppet Administration, both military and civilian, members of the cabinet, members of the parliament, Heads of foreign and local companies working for the enemy and contractors.

3. Since members of the American espionage agencies, government officials of the Puppet

Administration and enemies of the Afghan people and Jihad have ensconced themselves in the so-called Peace Council and are trying to pave the way for the prolongation of the American occupation by cashing in on the name of Jihad, religion and tribal chieftainship,; wants to prevent Mujahideen from waging Jihad against the invaders and are urging the Afghan Mujahid people to accept American slavery and surrender, therefore, members of the Council can be target of the Mujahideen attacks during the operations as, in view of their role, they are considered official members of the ranks of the enemy.

4. Strict attention must be paid to the protection and safety of civilians during the spring

operations by working out a meticulous military plan. Utilizing all proven military tactics, the operations will focus on usage of advanced weapons against the air and ground forces of the invaders, tip-and-run attacks, and group offensives, city attacks, advanced explosives attacks, effective group and martyrdom seeking attacks by warrior Mujahideen.

5. The Spring Operations have been given the name of Badar in a hope that the Almighty Allah (SwT) may bestow on the Mujahideen victorious achievements versus all invading forces in Afghanistan like that which were bestowed on the believers during the historical battle of Badar in the 2nd Hijri lunar year. Some ardent diabolic chiefs of the polytheists were either killed or captured at the hands of the Mujahideen during the confrontation.

6. Before the launching of the Badar Operations, we call on all officials of the Kabul Administration, military officers, officials of the spy agency and all other employees to cut off their relations with the invaders and their supporters whatsoever, and join the Mujahideen for the cause of defense of the people and their own person.

7. All Afghan people should bear in mind to keep away from gatherings, convoys and centers of the enemy so that they will not become harmed during attacks of Mujahideen against the enemy or, as usual, the enemy may not avenge itself on them, following the operations of the Mujahideen.

8. The Spring Operations of Badar have been launched for the purpose of protecting the tenets of Islam and the religion from the claws of the invaders and salvaging the country and people from the foreign colonialism because the foreign invaders have committed unlawful aggression against the sovereignty of our country; have ignited the flames of war in the yard of our house; have destroyed orchards and houses with bombs and bulldozers; have martyred our countrymen and imprisoned them and have desecrated the holiest Divine Book of the Muslims, the Holy Quran. Therefore, the war in our country will not come to an end unless and until the foreign invading forces pull out of Afghanistan and the cause of the war are obliterated. The Islamic Emirate considers this its legitimate right and religious obligation to defend its religion and country. The Jihad of the Islamic Emirate will continue with the help of the Almighty Allah and the support of the Mujahid people until the attainment of this legitimate right.
9. The Badar Operations will begin throughout Afghanistan on May, the 1st 2011 i.e. 11 Saur Hijri solar year.
Success comes only from Allah, the Almighty.

I am no way an advocate of anti-Muslim in any respect.  I have put my life in the hands of Muslim men quite often.  I do not believe every man, woman, or child born under the religion has hatred in their heart.  However, working day in and day out in an environment such as Afghanistan, you will understand, one act on one day by one American can change the view of thousands. 

Educate yourself, stop burying your head in the sand.  You don't have to give up your reality shows, or Starbucks, PLEASE empower yourself for freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

A “Signing Statement” is a written comment issued by a President at the time of signing legislation.  Often signing statements merely comment on the bill signed, saying that it is good legislation or meets some pressing needs.  The more controversial statements involve claims by presidents that they believe some part of the legislation is unconstitutional and therefore they intend to ignore it or to implement it only in ways they believe is constitutional.  Some critics argue that the proper presidential action is either to veto the legislation (Constitution, Article I, section 7) or to “faithfully execute” the laws (Constitution, Article II, section 3).

The movement of change in America is not over.  The Average American family - how are we living today? 

You have various movements raising concerns for views on opposite sides of the spectrum.

Tea Party's - Asking for the freedom to do what you want with your money:  Lower taxes Federal, State, and Local.  Create a Government fiscal responsibility, a responsibility most American families live by or strive to live by; by living within their means.  Why should the Government officials or benefactors live better than most American families? 

Van Jones, Socialists, Big Government, Progressives, Communists etc... - the other side of the spectrum wants Liberty through your tax dollars.  He eloquently quotes the Pledge referencing justice for all, demographics mentioned is not Americans as a whole, it is immigrants, lesbians and gays,  African Americans, women, rural poor, Native Americans, uh, what about the rest of America??  Then began yelling Shift the power! Shift the power!  Is he asking for everyone else who does not identify themselves in those demographics to shift whatever power you have to those special interest groups?

The point being, the average American family does not need a spike in wealth or wealthy people's tax dollars.  The average American family needs an opportunity.  The depth of the article is appropriate for the average American. 

Philosophy changes as our politics.  One political party is not going to save you or is better than the other.  When was the last time our Government repealed a law?  Make the U.S. Congress work for you, not the other way around. 

Educate yourself. 

Read about basic finance and economics; how the republican or democratic party was started; the U.S Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence, the Pledge of Allegiance. 

Listening to a talking head, or a blog, is not sufficient. 

One talking head discredits another, why?  Ratings and your dollars; seems similar to business competition, but what is the message.  

Time and time again taxing the rich doesn't not benefit anyone.  What is rich to the government, to the Obama Administration?

Hey Austin, all those Keep Austin weird business owners you support, yeah, well they are considered rich, same with Portland.  Do you want them to go out of business?

Wake up and see who benefits from tax breaks, BIG CORPORATIONS who align themselves with the U.S. Government, why?  The U.S. Government creates monopolies. 

How does all this affect the average American family, because the average American family has no choice but to serve something instead of own something?

I want to make this very clear before beginning, I am a veteran, I love America, and Freedom.  

There are many articles referencing the White House under Obama’s administration and their relationship with Al Jeezera.

The President endorses a media channel.  The media channel has connections with America and organizations claiming to be Anti-American. 

I read uproar and praise on the fact President Obama addresses Al Jazeera.  What is the point of the argument?  Is this a political reference or an Anti-Obama reference?

GET.THAT.GUY thoughts:

I have been working in and out of Iraq and Afghanistan since 2005 and earlier with the military.  Al Jazeera has biased reporters, uh so does every other media outlet.  Al Jazeera made its name on the back of publishing Al Qaeda articles and videos. 

The military watches Al Jazeera, WHY????    AMERICAN MEDIA doesn’t show the video or publishes articles from the perspective of a Terrorist.  I always hear “why did Al Qaeda kill so and so”; my communication class in college broke it down, simple:  JUST LISTEN.

The military looks for Al Jazeera reporters because they have contacts the military doesn’t.  If you are interested in Kinetic information, you need sources.  Al Jazeera wants the source, piggy back.  Find out what they know, why because all information, open information, allows for free thought.

Okay, I am not endorsing Al Jazeera as the end all be all; not sure why the current administration is publicly promoting Al Jazeera over any other media outlet.  If an American President stands up and supports a media outlet there needs to be a reason - FOREIGN POLICY -Al Jazeera supports the message of the administration.  The current administration’s foreign policy is supported by the media outlet.  Okay.  The administration uses the outlet to purport their causes internationally and nationally.   

Really that is a reason to be upset?  Quit worrying about the items not worth wasting your time on.

I would hope America is secure in itself to read what a terrorist writes.  This is the world.  If you don’t know what the world is and more worried about what Lindsey Lohan was wearing in court today or Charlie Sheen’s latest excerpt.  You deserve to stick your head in the sand when it comes to what the administration is supporting or doing.  Your comments and statements down the President because he supports a media organization is baseless. 

Critically thinking through the situation, you don’t have to agree with his comments.  An American President should not stand up and push a media outlet to the forefront as a spokes person.  The ethics of the media is to do the due diligence investigation why the President said. 

President Obama is going to link arms, support, praise, and stand with world media from the New York Times to Al Jazeera to China Daily.  President Obama’s agenda is to open our society to the world for influences without American citizens’ full approval or knowledge.  Do I really care when Obama is marching arm and arm with media outlets that support him?  NOPE! 

What I care about is voting for the right to change our country back to the ideology of freedom; Ideology of the people who lived without HOPE or FREEDOM, and now have their freedom. 
America knows freedom but we tend to lose respect for the value.  Let Al Jazeera broadcast in Amercia.  I would rather the American people know the lack of value for the pursuit of freedom and happiness most extreme Arab philosophy have.  Muslims are conservative as well as liberal. 

Just an example:

Conservative like radical Muslims don’t enjoy the open sexuality practiced in the Western Cultures.   Great, however if you come to a western culture expect that, don’t CHANGE IT.  America didn’t go to Kabul and bring the Swimsuit issue and hand it out on the streets.  Don’t show up on our doorsteps telling us, we can’t watch porn.  America has the freedom to allow you to sit in your house and pray to your religion or surf the net for skin.  Broadcast Al Jazeera, if you don't like DON'T WATCH IT.  If our government subsidizes it, then we need to stop the SUBSIDIZING immediately.  However, if the free market allows it, so be it.  Daniel Pearl died by the hands of people who will be happy to repeat this with every journalist that does not support their cause.  Should we ignore it?  NO. 

There are many things about the society in Muslim countries which don’t fly here. 

Americans need to watch and see firsthand the ignorance and hatred people have for us.  I am not saying we should change because of it.  Farther from the truth, we should stand together peacefully, hold the flag up high, hold our hand over our heart, and pledge Allegiance to our Stars and Stripes.  We should learn, read, and teach the documents that have stood strong.  We should never let someone convince us our freedom is wrong.

Watch Fox, MSNBC, ResonTV, CNN, and Al Jazeera; Read everything and form your own opinion. 

Vote out regulation, control, and restrictions. 

Vote in Freedom.

All you have to do is keep up with one guy and his routine. Now, I know you would rather spend your time reading the US Constitution or Senator Paul's budget vs. Senator Ryan's budget. We all know Obama's budget includes spending and more Taxes.
After sitting in my chair reading 65 pages of cutting waste, I want to cut a little off the waste-line. Put down the vending machines finest and pick up a bell. All I am asking you to do is pick up a bell.

Now no one is asking you to jump right in and find the biggest one there is. All I am saying is challenge yourself; build up your energy, so when the blood is shooting out of your eyes and ears after the POTUS's next Socialistic Speech, you have a chance to relieve stress and unwind.

Ok.  A brief history; so the question I have now is today, April 15^th 2011:

Should income tax be a direct Tax?

·         The arguments of our Congress say the money from the citizens are for programs –

o   We know currently there is debate over the budget of our nation.  The Constitution stipulates the taxes should be used for Defense of our Nation and the general Welfare.

o   Defense Spending –

§  Does the amount of money we are spending on Defense hold value to the citizen? Do you feel safe?

§  Spending should be determined by Congress, Defense Departments?

o   General Welfare

§  What does //general// and //welfare// mean?

§  After we decide the meaning; do citizens find value in the money being spent?  Is your General Welfare satisfied?

If America can donate to disasters, why can't we DONATE the budget? 

The Government is part of a process, not THEE process.  The way we are going, where is the line between Government and private life?

Large Corporations are siding with the government for what reasons?  GE, is subsidized.  Our tax dollars at work.

Farms subsidized.  Tax dollars.

Foreign Aid - where does it go?  Is it absolutely necessary?  

Department of Education - 19th century model.  How well do you feel your children are educated?  Is your child left behind?  Do you support the increase in pay of teachers through unions?  Your Tax dollars support these items.

What Departments don't you want to support?  This is your money?  You decide!
